About the Movie

Investment bankers are the real Masters of the Universe, not politicians, armies or even countries. In economic powerhouse Germany, a top banker gives a disturbing insider’s account of his emotions, motivations and predictions. Revealing a parallel universe of extreme income and merciless pressure. A system disconnecting bankers from the outside world, unable to reflect about their work.

Great Documentary

finally, a very interesting documentary which show the behind of the scenes of this financial world....I learnt a lot of things!

Even more terrifying than Inside Job

I had seen Inside Job that was an enlightment for me to understand the crisis at the early stages. But Master Of The Universe is giving even more information.
We are still experiencing the results of those kinds of mechanism and this kind of movie is necessary to see to apprehend our modern economy.

No English subtitles?

The description of the film is in English. The trailer has English subtitles. But the film itself is in German with no subtitles. How does that make sense?

Don't rent unless you speak German.
