Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: You won't find much offensive in Kevin James's slick, innocuous vehicle Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2. You won't find much prompting an emotional reaction in general, so familiar are the jokes and situations. – Andy Webster, New York Times, Apr 17, 2015

Rotten: Far from the worst movie that you'll ever see, but you might leave wondering why you, the people on the screen, or anyone else in the theater even bothered. – Kevin P. Sullivan, Entertainment Weekly, Apr 17, 2015

Rotten: Kevin James keeps falling on his face and colliding with heavy objects, this time in Vegas, in this tacky, numbingly inane sequel. – Justin Chang, Variety, Apr 17, 2015

Rotten: Although there have been worse sequels -- and worse overall movies -- make no mistake, that's hardly a recommendation. – Gary Goldstein, Los Angeles Times, Apr 24, 2015

Happy Madison strikes out again

This is the worst movie of 2015 and will win every razzi. If you like to make fun of fat people and watching an old lady get killed by a milk truck, and watching a grown man cry multiple times. This is for you. I can't even start about the "bulletproof suitcase". Stupid!

The only way this movie could have been better is if Adam Sandler found a way to work his Jack and Jill characters into the whole thing.
