Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: A solemn sci-fi parable set in present-day Glasgow, whose deepening sense of foreboding is sustained by the enigmatic, pseudo-biblical reflections of an unseen narrator.
Fresh: An intriguing apocalyptic romance with a multi-purpose title.
Rotten: It's difficult to impart feelings of profound sadness with an image of Ewan McGregor shoving a stick of butter in his mouth.
Rotten: Sadly, even aficionados of the Cinema of Extinction may make "Perfect Sense" an Omega choice.
Sexy and smart
My favorite Bond girl and Obi Wan heat up the screen (and bath tub) in this smart, very very sexy thriller - kind of Contagion meets Last Tango - saw that this premiered at Sundance last year and have been looking forward to it - definitely worth the money
Engaging and very entertaining.
The whole concept of an epidimic that doesn't kill people but instead slowly robs them of each of their senses, one by one, is eerie and thought provoking at the same time. The characters in the film are left to figure out how to survive and ultimately thrive in this new reality. The relationship between the two main characters is an oasis of calm in the chaos that goes on around them. Definitely worth watching.
This movie is haunting!!!
Dose everyone remember seeing Se7en and it staying with you after you saw it, this movie has that same sort of "stay with you after the fact vibe". The weird thing is people loose their senses everyday; so I think that's why this movie is so haunting. A must see!!!
