Pocahontas: The Legend
They risked everything for a New World, and for each other. When the English explorer's ship lands in 1607 on the coast of Virginia to explore the new world, they discover a tribe of Natives, the Powhatan Confederacy. English captain John Smith is captured by the powerful native confederacy and sentenced to death. Seconds before the blow that will take Smith's life, daughter of the tribal Chief, Pocahontas, speaks up and says that she will take him in to teach him about the tribe, culture, and customs. This act of love sparks growing hostility and tension between the English explorers and the Powhatans... and suspicious towards Pocahontas and John Smith.
