Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: His temporal agent contains sly multitudes and could easily have become a gimmick, but Mr. Hawke brings enough pathos and soul to his performance ... – Manohla Dargis, New York Times, Jan 8, 2015

Rotten: Predestination's pace is too slack, and the brothers are so painfully tentative as storytellers that the easily guessed big twist gets three separate reveals. – Kyle Anderson, Entertainment Weekly, Jan 13, 2015

Fresh: You won't be able to take your eyes off Sarah Snook, an Aussie actress who makes whatever sex she's playing almost irrelevant. You watch her. You hear her. You believe. – Peter Travers, Rolling Stone, Jan 9, 2015

Fresh: A stylish sci-fi adventure anchored by strong performances from Ethan Hawke and Australian newcomer Sarah Snook. – Claudia Puig, USA Today, Jan 10, 2015

its no daybreakers and thats good news...

I can already read the reviews comparing it with daybreak’s but for on its a whole different story and it is just so much better. If you like Ethan and enjoy being surprised its simply a must see. In my case one of the best movies in 2014.

A Quality Film

At first glance this movie might seem like something you've seen, but I assure you it has enough fresh ideas to keep you hooked throughout. I am a big fan of Hawke and his performance here definitely doesn't disappoint. I like the idea of more independent Sci-Fi films and this stands toe to toe with one of my other favorite films this year, Snowpiercer. I would recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys intelligent thrillers and science fiction.

not classy SyFi like Sywhy

More like Jerry Springer SyFi although entertaining as Jerry Springer is this movie has the twist of being kinda F… up gross as you will see.. Rent Don’t Buy you won’t want to watch again , and if you do there is some thing wrong with you .. Enjoy
