PRIME is filmed in the most epic locations around the world. PRIME is geared to be one of the most visually stunning films ever produced in wakeboarding. Director Sean Kilgus and BFY Action Films delivers their tenth feature film and further exemplifies the top tier talents of today's most elite wake boarders and wakeskaters. Sit back and enjoy the next evolution of wakeboarding and action sports cinematography.
To me it was overrated. It was just clip after clip. I wouldn't consider it a movie, but still enjoyed it just not what I had been waiting for
great but some things are missing
A bunch of clips wish it had more stories from the wakeboarders and especially on Matt Manzari and Brad Smeele. Wasn’t a movie more like a highlight film just rent it.
And by slow, I mean slow-motion. If there entire film was in real-time it would have been 5 minutes long. This film has some of the most incredible wakeboarding cinematography ever seen but they didn’t do anything with it. There was no narrative, there was no story. It was just shots of helicopters and wakeboarders in super-slow motion for an hour. Oh and for those of you know about Brad Smeele’s horrific injury this year, the film had some amazing shots of him riding, but never even mentioned anything about his life-changing injury, yet they talked a lot about Mike Dowdy’s knee injury and how terrible that was. C’mon now. It’s really disappointing how all these amazing shots of wakeboarding didn’t pair with any story-line what-so-ever.
