Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: The American version of Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Pulse mimics the plot fundamentals, but lacks any traces of Mr. Kurosawas creepy minimalism and conceptual rigor. – Nathan Lee, New York Times, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: It would have been a lot scarier if the film's college kids, haunted by comrades who stare back at them from cyber-hell, looked like they had lives worth saving. – Owen Gleiberman, Entertainment Weekly, Sep 7, 2011

Rotten: The J-horror remake wheel spins again, spitting out this pathetic Americanization of Kiyoshi Kurosawa's apocalyptic fable. – Scott Foundas, Village Voice, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: What's the lesson here? Should we all be talking to each other with two cans and a string? – Peter Hartlaub, San Francisco Chronicle, Jun 24, 2010

The only reason I'm writing this review..

The only reason I am really writing this review is for one of the stars in the movie. Ian Somerhalder <3 He is freaking amaising and I feel he is under-rated. He was pretty popular for a while on the smash hit "LOST" (which I am totally addicted to), but then he was killed off in the first season and people just seemed to forget about him :( If you took at chance to watch some of his movies and his shows, you would see what a great actor he is. He is going to star in the upcoming CW hit "The Vampire Diaries" and I think that once everyone watches him in that, they will all go gaga for Ian, and I just want to say.. I had dibs :) He is totally gorgeous and is one of the best actors I've seen in a long time! Ian does great if people watch him! And let me set the record straight... I am Ian Somerhalders biggest fan EVER! <3 Watch it.. he is amaising!

now I know..

So this is the movie that they were talking about in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". I thought it was just a joke but apparently it's actually a movie. You'd probably want to rent this movie first if you really want to watch it.

I Love Pulse

One of the scariest and disturbing movie I have ever seen since The Grudge. You will not disappoint if you love horror and really scary movies.
