Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: "Ripped" blows a potentially funny idea on slapdash filmmaking and lazy storytelling. If much of this overly broad eye-roller wasn't made up on the fly, it sure looks that way. – Gary Goldstein, Los Angeles Times, Jun 22, 2017

Rotten: The film doesn't establish the culture Reeves and Harris come from, so many of the fish-out-of-water jokes simply thud. – Kenji Fujishima, Village Voice, Jun 30, 2017

Rotten: Stoner comedies serve a very specific audience, but that designation doesn't mean they have to be slapdash, lazy films. – Adam Graham, Detroit News, Jun 23, 2017

Rotten: Can we collectively agree to put a moratorium on the stoner comedy? Or at least hand out a limited number of vouchers to filmmakers per decade? – Barbara VanDenburgh, Arizona Republic, Jun 29, 2017

Funniest comedy since Harold and Kumar go to white castle :)

I love this !

Funniest movie ever better than hot tub time machine

HA I actually enjoyed it!

This movie is actually a lot of fun! Its dumb yes, but in that dumb and dumber kind of way where its aware of itself and plays into it with the characters. Faizon is hilarious with all his reactions. Just wait til the ending shot, it makes the whole movie worth it even if you didnt like the movie itself....
