About the Movie

Tina Fey (TV’s Saturday Night Live, 30 Rock) and Amy Poehler (TV’s Saturday Night Live, Parks and Recreation) reunite in the hysterical Unrated version of Sisters, the story of two disconnected sisters summoned home to clean out their childhood bedroom before their parents sell the family house. Looking to recapture their glory days, they throw one final high-school-style party for their classmates, which turns into the cathartic rager that a bunch of ground-down adults really need.

Fresh: Think of it as a chance for two people who have been at the top of their game for more than a decade to celebrate their good fortune with a bit of a victory lap. And then another lap. – Andrew Lapin, NPR, Dec 17, 2015

Rotten: As has so often been the case when it comes to Fey's movie choices, an opportunity has been lost. – Jake Coyle, Associated Press, Dec 21, 2015

Lazy and infantile

Only for those who wants to see a movie by 2 grown up women featuring 1980’s college humor. A lazy, sad, flat and incredibly out of date attempt at comedy.

Awful

I see at least two movies a week in theaters. No matter how bad a movie has been I have never walked out until this movie. I am a fan of Tina fey and Amy pohler, but this movie is unwatchable. I gave it one star because giving negative stars isn't an option. It's in my top three least favorite movies of all time. It's not funny, it's just uncomfortable. I was embarrassed for Tina fey and Amy pohler. If you have an hour and a half to spare I would recommend watching paint dry as a preferable alternative to watching this horrible, horrible movie.

So Hopeful walking into cinema

I was really wanting to like this movie , Im a big fan of both girls in TV(Parks&30Rock) But this bombed on so many levels. The jokes, script it was just cringe worthy to watch. I walked out after 1 hr with my wife. I stayed as much or as long as I could. Good luck if you choice to watch.
