Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: Whenever "Star Wars" tries to develop one of the franchise's key characters, it whiffs. "Solo" is no exception, a disappointment on par with "The Last Jedi" and the prequels. – Matthew Rozsa, Salon.com, May 25, 2018

Fresh: Luckily, just as tempers were starting to flare, Solo: A Star Wars Story has arrived to save the day. – Anthony Lane, New Yorker, Jun 5, 2018

Fresh: Like Han Solo himself, Solo is rough around the edges. Under the grime, though, is a fun romp through space that's more lighthearted than you might expect from Star Wars. – Britton Peele, Dallas Morning News, May 24, 2018

Fresh: It's a feel-good take on the saga's flyboy - and as such the film is immensely satisfying. – James Mottram, South China Morning Post, Jun 10, 2018

Get Opie to do the rest

Ron Howard is a true fan. He made a movie that keep you interested and put just the right parts that made you feel the way you did seeing the original Star Wars in ‘77.

Never again Disney......NEVER AGAIN.

I’ll never give Disney another $1 for anything Star Wars the rest of my life. They have ruined a great franchise thru political correctness and creating 2 1/2 hour toy commercials.

I really enjoyed this movie

Ron Howard really did a great job saving this in a very short amount of time. This was very fun to watch
