About the Movie

Professional strongman Stanless Steel---- "The Strongest Man in the World (at Bending Steel and Metal)"-- is the only man alive who can bend a U.S. penny with his fingers. But the world around Stan--- his aging parents, his alcoholic brother, his beautiful announcer/girlfriend, and even Stan himself-- are not so malleable. And what begins as a loveable portrait of a unique outsider soon becomes a deeply universal, funny, and poignant story about people trying to find reshape their lives through the scraps and dented dreams of another time.

Such a great film. Really interesting story and very very well made. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to screen this film at a festival and it was amazing. The film took me on such an emotional roller coaster of a journey. I loved it!

Saw a screening of this and it told the sometimes-ugly story of a person you would never get the chance to learn about. Glad to see it coming out here.
