About the Movie

Director Morgan Spurlock's social experiment in fast-food gastronomy sees him attempting to subsist uniquely on food from the McDonald's menu for an entire month. In the process his weight balloons, his energy level plummets and he experiences all sorts of unexpected -- and terrifying -- side effects. He also examines the corporate giant's growing role in the lives of American consumers and explores its methods of indoctrinating young people and its contribution to America's obesity epidemic.

one of the best

documentaries of all time. be good to your body, live long and love your self. food is reallly good but skip the junk food and quick fix. you don’t have to eat or be healthy all the time just be in the moderate zone. i think that morgan did us a big favor by highlighting the danger of living on junk food. judge for as you wish for yourself.

I'll nor eat fast food again! Soon convincing

Wow. 30 days of super size. I'm amazed. He went 185 pounds to 200 pounds!

Misinformation at every bite!

This movie has it all -- the hype, the marketing, and everything you need to draw attention. It has just about everything... except truth. This movie is riddled with so many lies and misinformation that it's hard to find anything truthful about it. I get it -- the movie makers want to make a movie that draws attention and sells tickets, but presenting this as a documentary in any way (other than a mock-u-mentary) is outlandish. People who are looking for a reason to hate fast food will blindly love this film, and they don't care about facts.
