The fastest man on four wheels, Ricky Bobby (Will Ferrell) is one of the greatest drivers in Nascar history. A big, hairy American winning machine, Ricky has everything a dimwitted daredevil could want, a luxurious mansion, a smokin' hot wife (Leslie Bibb) and all the fast food he can eat. But Ricky's turbo-charged lifestyle hits an unexpected speed bump when he's bested by flamboyant Euro-idiot Jean Girard (Sacha Baron Cohen, TV's "Da Ali G Show") and reduced to a fear-ridden wreck. Losing his wife and job to best bud and fellow fool, Cal Naughton, Jr. (John C. Reilly), Ricky must kick some serious asphalt if he's to get his career back on the track, beat Girard and reclaim his fame and fortune. 'Cause as Ricky Bobby always says, If You ain't first, You're last!

Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: A comedy with horsepower to spare.
Fresh: Though the movie about a moronic NASCAR racer overall is uneven and Ricky Bobby's saga lacks focus, the stupid-comical banter and the lampooning of this particular brand of car racing proves entertaining.
Fresh: Essentially a string of gags loosely looped together, a set of absurd situations for the actors to clown their way through, Talladega Nights is an affable entertainment, both a celebration and a satire of lowbrow pleasures.
Rotten: Ferrell and his writing partner Adam McKay (who also directs, as he did Anchorman) are utterly without shame in their eagerness to recycle old ideas. This pair could make a blue box jealous.
"The best darn movie every made." Ricky Bobby
What else is there to say. Seriously, you know those movies that you sit around with your pals and quote line after line, and just crack each other up. Well, this is one of those movies. Will Farrell at his best. Just a note: most NASCAR fans don't care for this film, even though one of it's biggest drivers has a cameo.
This movie won an oscar for best movie EVER. All around hilarious. If you haven't seen it you are missing one of the best comedies of the last 10 years.
