The Company is "a completely new kind of film" raves Anna Kisselgoff of The New York Times, a fascinating look at the world of dance, with the cooperation of the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago. Legendary director and Oscar® nominee Robert Altman (2001 Best Director, Best Picture, Gosford Park; 1975 Best Director, Best Picture, Nashville), takes us into the world of the dancers whose professional and personal lives clash as they cope with the demands of a life in the ballet. Neve Campbell (Scream, TV's "Party of Five") plays a gifted but conflicted company member on the verge of becoming a principal dancer at a fictional Chicago troupe. Golden Globe® winner James Franco (Spider-Man, TV's "James Dean") co-stars as Campbell's boyfriend, a master chef who provides romance and refuge from the watchful eye of the pompous artistic director played by Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange).

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Lacks what could kindly be called coherence.
Fresh: It's a joy to watch these colorful characters, and their exacting, physically demanding dances, from a leisured distance.
Fresh: The dances are beautiful, and the way the dancers live and interact have the ring of truth.
Fresh: Altman ... whose intuition for placing the camera in just the right spot has always been impressive. In the dance scenes, it's flawless.
Wrong tailer -- fix it!
The trailer linked to the download page is to a different movie. Apple needs to fix it and refund the money to anyone who purchased this file based on viewing the wrong trailer. That is only fair.
yeah this movie may not have had the most brililant acting but it had amazingly beautiful dance sequences that were innovative and very artistic. I enjoyed it a lot because of that; if you don't like to watch dancing you will not like this movie.
I downloaded this movie from Apple TV and it was not the same movie that was presented on the trailer. The trailer advertises a movie call "The Company" and is about the workings of the CIA and goes thru the history of the CIA. It looked very interesting. However when I download it, I got this world class piece of crap movie. Honestly its only redeeming factor is that I was able to fall asleep quickly and avoid the absolute agony of watching the whole thing. If you watched the trailer and it is still about the CIA dont buy this, you will not get what you thought you would.
