Join the club – The First Wives Club, the good-time battle-of-the-sexes satire sparked by snappy one-liners, great physical-comedy gags and three unforgettable stars in top form. Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton portray mid-life Manhattanites who have more than a longtime friendship in common. After years of helping their hubbies climb the ladder of success, each has been dumped for a newer, curvier model. But the trio is determined to turn their pain into gain. They come up with a cleverly devious plan to hit their exes where it really hurts – in the wallet! Sit back and watch the sparks fly as The Wives get mad, get even and get it all. Justice has seldom been so sweet. Or so much fun.

Fresh: Diane Keaton is at her best here, Goldie Hawn has never been this good, and we know going in that Bette Midler is virtually tailored to a raucous farce about the sweet revenge of spurned spouses.
One of the best movies of all time
One of the best Hollywood flicks ever. Goldie, Bette, and Keaton, together? What more could one ask for. The acting will make you cry and laugh, the soundtrack will make you jump on top of your couch and sing into your hairbrush. A+
This movie has brought me out of some of my darkest depressions. I always seeked movies with at least one of these brilliant actresses in them, and to find a film with all three!!!!!!! It has to be by far the greatest film I have ever seen. I fealt like I was friends with them by the end of the movie. Diane, you have a wonderful voice. I know that im gay and 10 years too young, but Will you marry me? Goldy, what can I say.. your remarkable talent as an actress shines in this movie. Last but not least!! Bette, You made me feel by the end of the movie as if i have known you my entire life. I think of all three of you in your roles as if you guys actuly exsisted today, wondering what you guys would be up to? last words..... three magnificent women I would definitly party with.
I loved this movie. It was amazing and it's such a classic. I think I've seen it about 100 times.
