From producer John Carpenter comes the all-new retelling of his terror classic, THE FOG. Tom Welling (TV's "Smallville"), Maggie Grace (TV's "Lost") and Selma Blair (Hellboy) star in this senses-shattering tale of demonic retribution, directed by Rupert Wainwright (Stigmata) and written by Cooper Layne. Trapped within an eerie mist, the residents of Antonio Bay have become the unwitting victims of a horrifying vengeance. One hundred years ago, a ship carrying lepers was purposely lured onto the rocky coastline and sunk, drowning all aboard. Now they're back, long-dead mariners who've waited a century for their revenge. Seeking out the decendents of those reponsible for their deaths, they lurk enshrouded within a supernatural fog of terror. Beware, any and all who stand in their way.

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Mildly scary here and there.
Rotten: We're meant to be unsettled by digital spectres, reckless Mack trucks, and rotting old pirates who look every bit as terrifying as the guy on the Fisherman's Friend cold-lozenge box.
Rotten: It's typical of pic's adherence to rigid genre conventions that the very first victims are brazen hotties who are shown drinking, dancing and wearing revealing attire prior to their deaths.
Rotten: Add one more to the list of unnecessary horror remakes.
this is 1 of the worst remakes ever made
My personal favorite
Unbelievable remake. Almost shot-for-shot. 5 stars
Wow. So bad.
This is a really bad movie. Not gonna lie. I got all excited before i saw it the first time because Tom Welling is in it and is hot. I watched the movie and was like "wow. This movie is really bad. What a waste of 90 mins."
