Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: If it's hot this weekend, and your air conditioner is broken, you could do worse. Otherwise, audience annulment proceedings will probably begin in a week or two. – Mike Clark, USA Today, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: This In-Laws isn't a disaster, it's just not very good. – Charles Taylor, Salon.com, Jul 7, 2010

Rotten: Humdrum direction fails to elevate an already bankrupt idea from its relentless doldrums. – Rex Reed, New York Observer, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: One of the problems with The In-Laws is that it spends as much time with the uninteresting and unfunny wedding story as it does with the spy stuff. – Richard Roeper, Ebert & Roeper, Jun 24, 2010

VERY GOOD

very funny movie, but the story sort of expanded a little too much (sort of like Meet the Foulkers) and in some places they exagerated it

Fun for the Family

I enjoyed this movie greatly. I thought that the characters were funny and the movie was well acted. Albert Brooks, Michael Douglas, Candice Bergen, and Ryan Reynolds are a great acting team that made this movie a worthwhile past time.

Very good comedy

It's a great light hearted comedy. Micheal douglas role is almost as class as Gordon gecko. And Albert brooks is one of the coolest foot doctors ever
