Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: Killer banks may be new to the movies, but there's nothing else original in this if-it's-Tuesday-this-must-be-Istanbul thriller, with its portentous globe-hopping and racing through colorful street bazaars. – David Denby, New Yorker, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: The International is strewn with wild improbability, but that hardly deters from its appeal. – Jonathan F. Richards,, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: A sleek conspiracy thriller from German director Tom Tykwer. – Ben Mankiewicz, At the Movies, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: For all its serious intent, Tykwer's 'relevant' thriller proves to be perilously naff. – Ian Nathan, Empire Magazine, Jun 24, 2010
