About the Movie
This latest addition to the acclaimed From The Vaults series was filmed at the San Jose Arena on The Rolling Stones’ No Security tour, which ran from January to June 1999 through North America and Europe. It followed on from the colossal Bridges To Babylon tour and took its name from the “No Security” live album recorded on that 1997/98 tour. In reaction to the huge stadiums played on Bridges To Babylon the conscious decision was made to book the band into smaller venues for the initial North American leg of the No Security tour. This show was filmed in April 1999 in front of an audience of a little over 30,000 (intimate by Rolling Stones standards!) at the end of the North American dates. Previously unreleased, it captures the band in top form playing a set that spans from mid-sixties hit singles up to the then current Bridges To Babylon album.

Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Directed slickly by Paul Dugdale, "Ole" is less a concert film or travelogue than a historical account - swiftly, smartly assembled, reflecting events only six months old.
Fresh: Given such a glut of recent documentary material on the 54-year-old band, the question has to be asked: Does this particular Rolling Stones film really have any pressing need to exist? In the case of "Ole," the answer is: "maybe not, but so what?"
Fresh: Dugdale captures some terrific, reflective moments, including a poetic open air performance in the middle of a persistent Sao Paolo rainfall.
Fresh: A concert film with something extra.
THE GREATEST ROCK N ROLL BAND
It sounds like another great show. High standards as always. The highlights are Respectable, Some Girls and Route 66. At that time Saint of me was new as well as Out of Control, which are very nice played. The rest is history. I like this show as part of my collection, as during this era I had the fortune to watch them a couple of times. Enjoy the show again!!!
