About the Movie

When a plane crashes in the unpredictable waters of Lake Michigan, the pilot is pulled from the wreckage by Mitch who has been stranded on his boat. Immediately suspicious of each other, these two strangers must find a way to navigate through the harsh waters of both the lake and their own demons. Physically and mentally drained, they soon learn that they can save each other in more ways than one.

Customer Reviews

For those who despair, you matter to somebody.

Great drama on the lake. Sean Astin and Chris Mulkey are awesome in this. Great on screen chemistry and a good look at mental despair and redemption.

Great Story - Thought Provoking

I loved the movie. Chris Mulky and Sean Astin worked really well
together. Jeff's dialog between the two really made you think. There
was no violence.. always a plus for me for a good movie. Thanks Jeff
for making this movie. I would have liked to see them get together
before the end of the movie. But, then I think you would have to write
more chapters. Loved the last scene. I don't want to spoil it so I
won't say what happened. It was fun to have this movie made in the town
I grew up in. Lake Michigan is beautiful. They couldn't have picked a
better place. I also loved the shots of the float plane flying over the
lake. It was beautiful.

Insightful and thought provoking

An amazing film that captures the human spirit on someone's darkest day. It was completely different than what I was expecting. Great message for people battling hardship and for overcoming it. Not often do you see a film that is set in the Midwest on a lake. Definitely worth checking out.
