Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: A laughably bad horror flick involving demonic possession, concentration camps and torturous genetic experiments. – Claudia Puig, USA Today, Jul 7, 2010

Rotten: Filmed in Chicago but universal in its lameness...The Unborn is the story of a dybbuk who makes trouble for the skinny North Shore college girl played by Odette Yustman, who's always out jogging when she should be considering a sandwich. – Michael Phillips, Chicago Tribune, Jul 7, 2010

Rotten: This is where many a horror movie falls and never again rises: too much exposition. – James Berardinelli, ReelViews, Jul 7, 2010

Rotten: The movie's not very good, but there are ideas, good and bad, in its execution that are worth mulling over. – Roger Moore, Orlando Sentinel, Jun 24, 2010

amazingly scary. every minute

first of all the movie starts out with that creepy blue glove scene, and from that instant the movie is fantastic. i loved it soo much its definatly worth buying or renting. especially with that catchy line "jumby wants to be born now" whats not to love?

Crazy scary

The Unborn

I love this movie soo much. I dont understand how people dont like it. My favoritest part is when matty says jumby wants to be born now and at the begining when the girl is jogging and she sees the boy and the dog with the mask and she goes into the woods and there is her unborn brother "Jumby". I LOVE THE UNBORN!
