Great movie and cast!

Powerful indie gem with powerful message

An artistic visual feast, in league with Slow West and The Tree of Life, and a story bound to re-mystify the world view if anyone who views it. The Watchman’s Canoe is a must-see film!

The Watchman’s Canoe

An award winning film, The Watchman’s Canoe is a film that shows the struggles of a young blond haired, blue eye Native American girl trying to fit in on the reservation. The story is filled with heartache, struggles, bullying, friendship, mentors and the will to overcome. There are life lessons learned throughout the movie. It shows that there are consequences for actions and there is triumph.
The cinematography is wonderful and really showcases the Oregon Coast.
I highly recommend this film to all ages.
