EXCELLENT MOVIE.... so inspired by this movie, I can

Love the movie, very inspirational. Great and intense personal stories of yoga teachers we know and love in US.

Not inspiring-Saddening

As a yoga studio owner I was excited to see a movie that takes a serious look at some of the "famous" yogis of our time. Unfortunately, this movie spends too much time with teachers as they discuss their addiction issues. It was definitely not inspiring but rather saddenning. After watching the movie, it made me feel as though Yoga was just a new addiction. Enlighten Up is a far better documentary of how yoga can change your life.

Real Life People (on OUR yogic path)

This is a great look at people whose lives were not only transformed by yoga, but who helped lead a revolution as Americans of an Eastern lifestyle. They have been on the forefront of a massive societal shift, and they honestly open up about where they were during major societal shift in American culture, what they came through personally, and what it's like teaching now in this new age of mindfulness. I think it is a wonderful tribute to these yogis who chose yoga in the '60s, 70's '80s and 90's, long before it was popular. There are many paths, truth is One! Thank you to each of them, and BRAVO to the film makers!
