About the Movie

Tessa Connover (Katherine Heigl) is barely coping with the end of her marriage when her ex husband, David (Geoff Stults), becomes happily engaged to Julia Banks (Rosario Dawson)—not only bringing Julia into the home they once shared but also into the life of their daughter, Lilly (Isabella Rice). Trying to settle into her new role as a wife and a stepmother, Julia believes she has finally met the man of her dreams, the man who can help her put her own troubled past behind her. But Tessa’s jealousy soon takes a pathological turn until she will stop at nothing to turn Julia’s dream into her ultimate nightmare.

Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: It's woman in jeopardy meets woman on the verge, a reductive brand of thriller from another decade, freshened here only with the addition of a plot element involving Facebook. – Neil Genzlinger, New York Times, Apr 20, 2017

Rotten: Unforgettable is definitely the wrong title for a movie you want to erase from your memory the second it ends. – Peter Travers, Rolling Stone, Apr 21, 2017

Rotten: The shame is that Rosario Dawson gives an earnest, sympathetic, even moving performance as the victimized character. In contrast, none of her castmates seem authentic. – Jocelyn Noveck, Associated Press, Apr 27, 2017

Rotten: Unforgettable simply fails to deliver in terms of atmosphere and, moreover, the filmmakers fail to develop any sort of subtext from the material that might give weight to the story. – Ben Sachs, Chicago Reader, May 4, 2017

This must have been another one of those times the writers failed to give Katherine Heigl quality material to work with, because she (yet again) failed to deliver. Rosario Dawson on the other hand was pretty good- she desrves a better quality project.

I have never...

This is the WORST pile of garbage I have ever wasted my time on. It's horredous. For shame on the production co. I want a refund. This never should have been made.THe fact that I have to give a rating is a JOKE...

I love it the mysterious ending, with Lily's gramma.
