Y can i buy this video but not the song? explanation please?

Fun Video, even better song

First and foremost, the Roots continue to expand and diversify themselves as muscians. While this song may have been something of a lark for them, it holds true to their rythmic and melodic stylings. Not to mention Birthday Girl has quickly become a favorite of old and new fans of the Roots. While the video is very tounge and cheek it plays to the lyrics of the song lightly. For those of you wondering who the girl is in the video, her name is Sasha Grey (a quick google search will enlighten you as to her occupation)
