A lovely and touching song

Die-hard Metallica fan here, have been for a long time. I own every Metallica album and have listened to every Metallica song. I absolutely love this song. An honest song about Hetfield loosing his mother at an early age. Feelings he couldn't come to express in his twenties, but finally had the courage to face in his thirties, something most fans don't understand. They think James Hetfield is a machine, this is him proving to them that he is a human being. That's what the Load and ReLoad albums are about.
