read before you judge

I love this video, and this song, i do truly, but being a real Green Day fan i think i speak for all of us when i say that i wish they made it about what Billie Joe really wrote it for. Everyone confuses the meaning for "september 11th," when he really is singing about the pain of losing his father at a young age, in the month of September. Also, theres something that just has been bugging me. Its not about this video in particular, but im very agitated with the fact that under "viewers also bought" are tons of Blink182 videos. True Green Day fans would shun any Blink182 song, so are real fans buying this or not??
