Great song

This is the first single off of Simple Plan's self-titled debut album, which just dropped today. This just might become one of the best songs I have ever heard. It is a more friendly version of Linkin Park's Bleed it out. This song is very catchy and I recommend it. I hope they have huge sucsess. P.S. to any of you that will in the future ask "where is the clean version?' (the reason why I say "in the future" is because I was first to write a reveiw) well they don't say any excplicit words even though it is labled "Excplicit." Besides, who cares if he would say an excplicit word and there wasn't a clean version? The clean version is always bad!

good, but ehh

Their newest CD isnt what you would expect from the boys of Simple Plan. It has a much more mature sound, which most fans aren't used to. The boys have over time, grown up into men. They wanted a change of pace and that's exactly what this record takes on. As a fan from the start of SP, I was dissapointed when I picked up this album today. The songs sound more techno rock-ish than up beat pop-punk (if you catch my drift). It's pretty much has one theme, and no real up-beat songs that you would even remotely want to jump up and down to at any show. Don't expect anything to sound like some of their previous songs such as "I'd do anything" or "Shut up!" or "Jump" for that matter. Its a different sound for SP, and overall, I think they might loose some fans over the new path they have taken...but they will gain some new ones along the way. Their music has defientely matured over the past 3 and half years. Check out the CD, you never know, YOU might love it.

Great video!

Shows Simple Plan's talent in the making of this video. I am really glad simple plan is back with fresh songs like these. They never disappoint!!!!!

Simple Plan is one of Canada's most successful punk-pop acts, featuring a lineup comprised of former high school pals Pierre Bouvier (vocals), Jeff Stinco (guitar), David Desrosiers (bass), Sebastien Lefebvre (guitar), and Chuck Comeau (drums). The quintet initially came together when Comeau and Bouvier founded Reset at age 13. Reset proved to be a modestly successful band in Canada, touring the country with other punk groups like MxPx, Ten Foot Pole, and Face to Face. A debut album followed in 1997;...
