PREVENTION is key when it comes to enjoyable, long-term health. Educating yourself on the ‘HOW & WHY’ is the most important tool you have in your tool box. & Most importantly – we need to start talking about it on a larger scale, as a community - before it’s too late. Hosted by Briana Reesing, RN, CEN: an ER Nurse who is extremely passionate about the powers of Preventative Health after seeing death & disease affect the lives of too many people – too may times to count, within the Standard American Healthcare System. Don’t let that be YOU. Your health is in your hands. It’s all about asking the right questions and taking action towards the things you’ve learned, while creating the life you want to live. We hope to help you get there. Welcome to The Critical Conversations Podcast, we’re happy you’re here. Find us on Instagram @CriticalConversations & Show Notes, Links and Additional Resources at:

Just feels so real

I love listening to Laura and Bri talk about different aspects of health. They make it easy to understand and make health feel like something that is achievable by a regular person. I also feel propelled to continue researching topics they bring up and take preventative health more seriously. So glad they started this podcast!

From a bedside nurse..

Everything that you have said is SO true! I believe people are in denial about how much they can change the course of their whole life by everyday choices. We also see our pts suffer because it takes more effort to live with healthy intention. To put it bluntly, I ask myself how I see myself dying. Do I want to end up dying in a hospital post stroke or MI? Also, do I want to prevent now or treat later when it may be too late. I also think people easily give up on themselves and think they are “too far gone”. It’s not too late! Keep this conversation going! Thank you so much from a ICU, float pool nurse!

Thank you!

I have listened to all the episodes. I was sad to learn one half of the critical conversation team would no longer be the cohost but I was not about to stop listening. I love the topics discussed and I am leaving this comment after listening to the most recent episode with Brigid. I am a college student pursuing a degree in health education and I am most passionate about functional medicine. Like you, I am influenced to educate myself and others about alternative medicine due to my own experiences with health problems. Thank you for bringing on educated, passionate women to this podcast. Keep it up!
Much love - Angelica
