This podcast is great and has interesting and varied topics and guests. It’s inspired me in areas from business, organization, nutrition, fitness, and many others. My only complaint is that it’s only once/week-would love to have a few more episodes to listen to while walking or driving!!
Accessible, insightful, and fun
Gina’s podcast is a lot like her blog, accessible, insightful, and fun. She provides valuable health information both from her vantage as an experienced fitness professional and through interviews with a broad range of health professionals. Although the content is a great way to improve your daily wellness, my favorite part of the podcast is that it feels like having coffee (or maybe a Malbec?) with a friend!
