The Healthy Eating Breakdown I've needed
I feel like I have been waiting for this podcast for ten years. I try to read all of the books and blogs and information about functional medicine and healthy eating and I can never keep up. I always feel like I don't have enough information or that I am NOT smart enough to know how to eat properly so I can FEEL my best, cue the cookie dough. It's true.
