04: Set Up Costs - You Don't Need to Spend a Fortune The Family Travel Podcast

As it turns out, we didn’t need to spend $90,000 on a new van and $100K+ on a V8 Landcruiser to travel Australia (although they'd be nice!).
In the latest episode of A Big Peachey Adventure (families travelling full-time) we discuss:
* Our total set-up costs (car, van, and extras)
* How this compares to some other families
* What set-ups are others using for extended travel
* How personal preferences come into it as much as finances
In addition to the big ticket items, we also discuss how the frequently discarded items (thermomix, annex, scooters, and bikes) aren't a rule for everyone, and how we (mostly) avoided unnecessary wastage by separating our shopping list into four (4) separate categories
