Punchier, more contrarian than most self-help shows. Perfect for fans of Tim Ferriss & Gary Vee.
The great thing about this show is that Isaac delivers on providing valuable thoughts and thought-provoking questions without taking a lot of time to do it. That makes this show a nice way to do some self-examination during my shorter transits or during work.
The ideas are often pretty original (because they come from real-world experiences, not blogs). Isaac isn't parroting what you might hear somewhere else. So far, I've been able to use just about all of the principles and practices discussed in this podcast, and/or I've seen them used successfully time and again.
Golden Nuggets of Professional Empowerment
Every Friday this podcast invigorates me to continually harness the proactive growth mindset that is essential for creating a career path, not just following one.
Share w/a high school/ college student or young professional
This is a great "self-help" or motivational podcast. I love the length-it makes it easy to focus on the lesson and even easier to share. Even though I may not be the target audience, it's extremely helpful and relevant for my career and personal development.
As a former colleague of Isaac's (he's a great guy), I love hearing his personal stories and reflections on life. I can personally vouch for his penchant for writing "Thank You" notes and how much they can mean to people (as discussed in my favorite episodes). Thanks for sharing your experiences and wisdom with us!
