Of the four episodes that are available I have really enjoyed this show. I think the interviewer asks smart and in depth questions that really goes to the root of what makes these chefs/founders successful. As a vegan that enjoys traveling and trying new and dynamic food these interviews have inspired me to check out these restaurants the next time I am there. Vegan food on a gourmet level is becoming a bigger market as every year goes by and it was fascinating to listen to these interviews and their methods and what made these people decide to cook really great vegan food. The unfortunate part of this whole podcast, and the only reason I gave four stars, is that is hasn’t been updated for over a year and half. Which is a great loss because on Apple podcasts there is no podcasts even really about different vegan food most of them focus on activism and interviewing different activists in the vegan scene or vegan food only as a health aspect. So I think this podcast has so much potential and could have even elevated vegan food to a larger spotlight but the seems to be no true reason why production just stopped. Hopefully more episodes come out in the future but my hope wanes more as each week goes by.
Love this podcast!
I had to come rate this podcast because it's so darn good! Whether you're vegan or just enjoy learning about food, this is the podcast for you. It's very informative and in-depth, not to mention a relaxing hour+.
Great substantive content for all plant food enthusiasts. Keep up the good work
