Pretty deep concepts for only 10 minutes

Not what I was expecting. Thought it would be “customer service tips”. It’s really deeper than that. I deal with clients every day for a large tech company and honestly got a few things I can use in just the one episode I’ve listened too so far.

If Only Every Brand Would Heed

At first I was trying to connect the dots of 8 Mile, Tyrion Lanaster and Eminem ... then CLINK, I got it. As a marketer in an unrelated field (engineering), I found myself cringing that my company has never considered hearing brand issues. The point of this podcast is to (wo)MAN UP and feel thankful when others point out weaknesses in your customer service and delivery. The example of Amazon was a bull’s eye (how hard they make it to contact them!). I do take issue with the reference to the older person preferring to use the phone (insert smile here) ... I think that is true of anyone today who, after trying every other online avenue, needs and wants to CALL. Make it easier to touch you, Company!

Loves the storytelling/weaving and the brevity. Great intro music, by the way.

Short & sweet with some unique content

I like how short these are. Easy to fit into a short drive. Interesting topics that I haven’t heard discussed before. Helpful as I grow my IG brand. Minor issue with some audio noise. Maybe a better mic or something would help. But good stuff.
