Fitness made easy

These are great - 15 minute snippets of useful info that's actually realistic to execute. And I'm a lazy software guy with a bike gathering dust in my hallway. I look forward to more of them!


These podcasts are great. 15 minutes every other day makes it easy to digest. Chalked full of great info.

I really like this so far

I've only listened to a couple episodes but it's very interesting & I think I'll like the variety of interviews. I'm WAY overweight & too sedentary... I'm now tracking calories w/ the Lose It app & adopting (slow, small steps!) healthier habits.
