Customer Reviews

The most genuinely helpful & informative health & adulting podcast

Christina is genuinely concerned about the health and wellness of people, oh and makes you feel normal about the weirdness of "adulting". She is educated & experienced in the struggles of health problems that doctors glaze over. She is honest about the medical industry and a lot of their incorrect advice. I promise you will learn so much listening to her podcast that you would be surprised about! She also talks about Real Housewives and the Bachelor so it's an all around good time podcast.

I really wanted to add this podcast to my list of those I listen to on rotation because the concept sounded so interesting and relevant to me, a recent grad. In the first episode I listened to, though, the number of times the hosts and guest said "like" was too distracting. Maybe that's a small thing to many people, but with a medium like podcasting or radio, a voice tick like that can be hard to listen to.

If you are between the ages of 18-25 this podcast was made for you. Every episode I find myself nodding my head in agreeance to all that is discussed! Love how relatable this podcast is to my life and so many college aged and recent grads around me! It and sounds like many conversations many of me and my girlfriends have had together which makes it that much more fun to listen to.
