Lauren Fleshman and Jesse Thomas are world class professional endurance athletes, authors, speakers, and co-own a nationally distributed food products business called Picky Bars. They also happen to be married, still, and are raising two small children. They use their experience, stories, writing, and humor to answer to answer listener questions about sports, family, business, and the balance between all three! It's a circus, but hey, we're all in it together!

THE podcast for Athletes of all kinds

It doesn’t matter if you are on a mission to be an Olympian or you are a weekend warrior athlete, this podcast is amazing. Jesse and Lauren are funny, real, smart and leave you feeling like you just hung out with two great friends for an hour. They offer so much real-world advice on how to balance training with family and life ... but they aren’t preachy. I don’t miss a week! This podcast is “noyce”!

Funny, Insightful, and Just Fabulous

Love this podcast. From the banter to the Q&A session, I adore this podcast and will listen whenever I have time - from driving to running or even on my long bike rides. I've found it helpful to hear their tips on training and even balance in life. I may not have kids but know that balancing things including work, relationships, and working out is tough and find their training tips absolutly helpful and realistic. Plus they make me laugh and I love how honest and straightforward they are. Love what you guys are doing!

These guys are awesome

This is a funny, insightful podcast. My husband, who is basically anti-podcast, overheard some of the latest episode while I was cooking tonight. He listened to Lauren's response to a question about parenting, and then said something along the lines of, "Lauren Fleshman is one of the smartest people out there." He then added that Jesse must be great, too, if Lauren married him. You're both great.
