the absolute best

i heard jamie interviewed on a podcast several years ago. she was hilarious but i didnt start listening to the popcast because i dont have some great love of pop culture. then about a year ago i listened to an episode. then another. and then another. they could make a commentary on paint drying hilarious so they are the perfect “couple” to narrate this crazy world we are all living in! its just so, so good!!!

On Wednesday’s We Popcast

Literally during the week at work this is what I look forward too! Knox and Jamie help me keep up with pop culture (good + the ugly) and they make me laugh which always helps brighten up the week! Love them so much! Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

The friends that didn’t survive adulting

Recently discovered the Popcast (and Bible Binge) through other podcasts and have been sucked in. I’m now binging 4ish episodes a day, signed up as a Best Friend of the show to financially support my entertainment with the added bonus of even more content. The shows are delightful, content is funny and thoughtful, but the best part is restoring a small part of those awesome rambling yet brilliant conversations you had the luxury of before adulting happened. We were so quick, smart, hilarious, solving all the unnecessary problems of the world in inebriated banter. Mortgages, babies, teenagers, snoring spouses, other adults constantly making bad decisions not in their best interest...gah why were we in such a hurry to be grown ups?!?! This is what you’ve been missing.
