Amber (aka the High Priestess of Black Joy) and Jazmine (bka King of da South) are two petty AF Black feminists who are determined to get on WorldStarHipHop one way or the other. Each week they overcome fuckboys, Becky, hoteps, and dry skin to spit hot fire on pop culture, politics and worship anything Black women have going on.

This is an amazing

I'm an avid podcaster. Like I listen to podcasts more than I listen to music. Like I put a podcast on in the morning when I wake up and in the evening before I go to sleep. Can't stop won't stop. I love them.

I've always had a problem listening to social commentary/news and politics/humor and sarcasm type contemporary podcast that dominate the market today.

There is something about them that's a little insincere, a little "I'm funny and I know it" that personally falls flat. Five minutes on and it's off again, and I can't recap what I just listened to.

But this podcast? Naw. Humor and relevant political commentary so perfectly blended you'd think it was done in a studio with a team of writers. But it's all off the cuff. And it's real. And something I've desperately needed for my eardrums and my mind.

This makes me think. It makes me laugh. It makes me hoop and holler and yell "GO OOOOOFFF" in rooms by myself. I love it. And if you are reading this (no Drake pun intended), you'll probably love it too. So subscribe already.

Bravo Jazmine and Amber, bravo. You've got a loyal subscriber in me (pun intended).

Black Joy for Everyone!

I have never been more proud to be Black or a woman. I listened to all four episodes in one morning and like the rest of my podcast subscriptions, I'll be looking forward to this on a weekly basis. Amber and Jazmine are hilarious while telling the harsh truths that many don't want to hear. Keep making folks uncomfortable ladies!
