I love the direction this podcast is headed in! I'm a fitness fanatic and love hearing about the latest developments in health. However, I don't have time to listen to hours upon hours of fitness news. This podcast is the perfect length of time for me to get some understanding of what headlines are trending. Great first episode - off to a great start

I can only review the first episode but I loved it. Hope there are many more episodes to come. Great range of interesting topics from tech gadgets to health and fitness research findings and well explained. Really well narrated too.
