Just what I need!

Like plus-sized Runner said below, as soon as I hit the play button I wanted to grab my shoes and get out there and run! You can hear nothing but inspiration and enthusiasm throughout his talk. Loving it and I just listened to number one. Now I'm actually going to put my shoes on and listen to number two while I'm out there running!

Like a conversation with your best running friend

I'm a back of the pack runner and always looking for motivation. I like listening to people who keep it real - because while running may bring us great joy, it's not all fun and games.
