Been Waiting for This

Awesome, Jimmy, Dr. Fung and Megan nail this very important topic.. Fasting is so miss understood and so much needed in the health of every human. Well done

Excellent content. Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience. I recently finished your new fasting book and loved it. And I just broke my first 5 day fast. Thank you!

2 thumbs up!!

Dr. Jason Fung, Megan, and Jimmy offer excellent tips for a person to do fasting. What works, what to look out for, and what are the benefits. Brilliant! There are so many myths about fasting, but the reality is that humans are adapted to feast and fast. This is natural. Eating 6 meals a day is not. Fasting resets the body so a person will be healthy for a long period of time and not puffy.
