Description

She's Nik: a marathon runner who's finished her seventh 26.2-miler. He's Dan: a runner who started with the C25K program and has finished his fourth half-marathon. Every week, they record themselves on a short run somewhere in New England (mostly), talk about their training, play some music, and have a few laughs.

Great New RunCast!

May I be the first to leave you a positive review for your candid and charming runcast. I really enjoyed listening to both you having fun through your training challenge. It's wonderful banter full of wry humor but your love for each other shines through most. Keep it going strong and don't give in to the lobster track ice cream and ketchup chips! Best wishes for your future success... The Zen Runner.

It's okay, but...

If you want to feel like you're running along with a couple of friends, it's probably a good podcast for you. I prefer music when running, not the banter of two people I don't know. And when not running, I need inspiration, and this just didn't do it for me. But they are down to earth people, so you might like listening to them.

a great bonus

I really liked this podcast. I am a neophyte runner despite the fact that I was at one point a real good gymnast. I stink at running but with this podcast, it kinda clicked. It was nice running with a "pal" I did not feel quite as intimidated as I did doing it alone. to make things even better, it was nice to see someone else pushing through successfully and not so successfully. Keep up te great work Nik and Dan
