A very interesting and entertaining insight into World Football

Having been a keen listener to the Up All Night broadcasts of the World Football Phone-in on BBC Radio 5 Live I'm very glad to see it now available as a podcast. Tim Vickery has an encyclopaedic knowledge of South American Football and Sean Wheelock passes on great enthusiasm about Football in North America. Add to that the light hearted, yet passionate, hosting of Dotun Adebayo and you have a winner.

If you love the beautiful game and you don't know who Tim Vickery is, then shame on you. Absolutely they most intelligent pundit in the game. I actually hope his googles half his answers, because otherwise I would need to come to grips with how painfully stupid I actually am. In fact, he's so good that the weekly guess pundit typically looks like they don't know what they are talking about. And that's not a slight on these experts. Listen and learn.

5 Live World Football Phone-in is great for Football starved Americans!!

I wish there were a way to get more programs like this! I look forward to it all week! I can't get enough of the Legendinho; not his singing! The best aspect of this show is that, for a change, the world game feels like a true world community and you are part of it. From the Ronaldo Ferrari jokes to the "Football Fan" mix, I wish that I could hear it more than once a week.
