This podcast series covers Bob Heil and his contributions to concert sound, for anyone in the industry this is a must listen, an amazing true life story of an American that truly lived the American dream, and is still trying to help others succeed in the concert industry. This is a very relaxed interview series of podcasts, covering the Heil PA system that the Who and the Grateful Dead toured with, early stage monitor technology, the Heil talk box, and his latest work on stage microphones. Bob is a great guy, and he keeps his company and manufacturing in the United States, if you haven’t heard his microphones please do, they are great natural sounding mikes that require very little EQ, and have some of the best rejection on the market. 50 years of history in the business, this podcast is worth listening to.
