Another Advertising Avenue

I was looking forward to a podcast dedicated endurance exercise and what do I hear during the first episode? The reason for this podcast is to advertise Mark's new book that will be coming out later this year. I give him full credit to admit that this is the reason for having this podcast put out there. So far, except for the first episode ALL the rest are just replays that have been recorded and released on his other podcast. Hopefully this will grow into it's own, but for now it just a sorting previous podcasts so you don't have too.

This podcast goes to the top of my Overcast must listen to list!

I’ve always wanted to be better at endurance training, even if just acquiring an enjoyment for short mile or two jogs. After becoming a primal Blueprint Certified Expert (#189) I had started to try to find the best ways to start an enjoyable life of endurance training. After listening to a few of the first podcasts I’m convinced that Mark, Brad, and all the special hosts and guests will take me right along this journey of fun training and a better HRV. This is a must listen and will certainly go on the list of “Must not miss” podcasts.

Evangelical Repetition ad nauseam...

I've subscribed for 3 months as I was curious to understand the Primal concept however, after listening to this podcast week after week it is just repetition of the same methodology over and over and over and over... The fact that it's so repetitive means I can no longer play while driving as it's a fast-track to sleepiness!! Listen to 2 or 3 podcasts and you'll get all you need to know to decide whether you want to follow the Primal method or not. On a positive note, I enjoyed Brad's rapping and singing! On completion of this review I will unsubscribe...
