Description

A Course in Miracles is a modern spiritual masterpiece, often quoted by Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson, and Wayne Dyer. It's a big book, 1200 pages. But what does it say? In this lively, discussion-based podcast, we created the fast and fun "Red Donut" method which continually evolves. It simplifies A Course in Miracles. To further simplify, we also offer video podcasts. The visuals save alot of time! Philip also posts "Quotes from A Course in Miracles," and live Baptiste Yoga classes on iTunes. He is a Master Baptiste Yoga Teacher and owns a studio in Rhode Island, SaltPondYoga.com. W. Stacy Vereen owns Chartermain, a company specializing in problem-solving for companies and brands.

my favorite podcast ever

i've been interested in ACIM for some time, but never felt quite at home with the teachers or groups i found. but there's an intelligence and a universality in this group's approach that i think brings out the best in the course, or, at least makes it more accessible to someone like me (averse to organized religions but with a distinctive spiritual hunger that was never quite satisfied by the eastern systems that i felt more at home with philisophically). it's incredibly enriching and life-altering to be exposed to these ideas in this way. thank you philip urso and to all involved in bringing this podcast to the world. it's making a big difference in my life.

User friendly crash course

This is just what your ego doesn't want you to hear- a user friendly approach to ACIM!! Phillip Urso is in the vanguard of a new generation of lecturers and writers who helped to "hoodwink" our egos into understanding the metaphysics of the course, and from there what forgiveness really means in our day to day lives.

Nice to have some humor!

I like Philip's presentation a lot. Two things distinguish him from other Course presenters I've heard: He uses humor (very refreshing) and he rarely uses anecdotes from his personal life. That's not to say I don't like it when he does, but the main focus is to make Course principles understandable. I do agree with the reviewer who didn't care for the voice chiming in "a cloud does not put out the sun" during some of the episodes, although I suspect there's a good reason they do it.
