Description

Dan and Paul are both men of color who suffer from, and openly talk about their mental illnesses. The goal of this podcast is to help further destigmatize mental illness in minority communities where we're traditionally taught to suffer in silence. We have suffered in silence for far too long. It's our hope that listeners walk away knowing that it is ok to talk about it, it's ok to feel, it's ok to seek help, and most importantly you're not alone. Join us bi-weekly as we discuss our experiences, tips, and have conversations with occasional guests about all things mental health related.

Customer Reviews

Funny and informative.

I came across this podcast from Instagram clips that I saw. I was hesitant to listen because let’s face it, everyone has a podcast. I was surprised at how well A Few Screws Loose is produced and how I was able to instantly relate to these guys. Great podcast!
