Dawn’s Message Is Clear - You Are Not Alone
Talking about mental health can be uncomfortable for many people, both with and without mental illnesses. Dawn has a relatable, soft was of shedding much needed light on the topic. She is bringing awareness, giving people insight to the different types of issues people with mental illness face, and celebrating the strength and courage it takes to discuss it. Her message is loud and clear, like a beacon of hope for everyone out there: you are not alone.
I suffer from mental illness and these podcasts are so real and raw. I know they are coming from the heart and based on real-life experiences. I've learned some new coping strategies and know there's more people out there that struggle like I do. Keep spreading the word to erase the stigmas on mental illness.
Bipolar Mom-Don’t Stay Stuck
This was a raw and honest podcast. Not an expert or author like so many others. I really liked the message-don’t stay stuck. I’ve been sitting around feeling sorry for myself and waiting for the world to change, but this was a nice reminder that I have control!
